Welcome to Chemistry 402!

In our continuing study of the exciting world of physical chemistry, we will explore the applications of quantum mechanics to spectroscopy. We will take a behind-the-scenes look at why atoms and molecules exhibit certain spectra. We will make connections to last semester by learning some statistical thermodynamics. It promises to be a very full, fun, exciting semester!
